Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users.

Can I add more locations?
On HACCPilot Multi, extra locations are €14.90 + VAT per month or €149 + VAT per year each. Groups of 10+ locations can talk to us about Enterprise.
Is HACCPilot approved by FSAI?
HACCPilot is independently developed and designed around official Irish food-safety requirements and FSAI guidance. It should not be described as FSAI-approved unless formal approval or recognition is obtained.
